Create a "menu" of activities or tasks to help you take care of yourself on low/no energy days. This menu is broken into four categories; no energy - self-maintenance, no energy - self-care, low energy - self-maintenance, and low energy - self-care. Self-maintenance consists of activities that you need to do to care for yourself (personal hygiene, nutrition, etc.). Self-care is all of those activities that make you feel good and replenish your energy (bubble baths, sitting outside, etc.). This menu is for you to fill out because it is as unique as your needs are.
