Here are the MVP's I always recommend when someone is starting their ADHD management journey.



Nutrition and supplements

Eat a balanced diet made up of whole foods. High protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats!

Micronutrients such as Zinc, Iron, Magnesium, vitamin B, vitamin D, and Omega 3 Fatty Acids are known to improve ADHD symptoms.




Mind and body practices


Regular mindfulness, yoga, and meditation practices have been shown to improve ADHD symptoms in adults and children.

Brain training interventions

Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, certain phone apps, computer games, brain games (sudoku), and other interventions may help strengthen your attention, visual processing, concentration, impulse control, and decision making.




Complementary interventions should be used together with recommended ADHD treatments such as medications, behavioral treatments, and school/workplace accommodations
